Hello. I have some problems with my tickets that I bought last week. I just arrived at the theater and realized I had the wrong tickets.
I reserved my tickets for this musical "The phantom of the opera" using the Internet. I noticed that a different time and date were printed on these tickets.
Since I've been looking forward to seeing this musical, I don't want a refund.
Are there two tickets available for today but another show time? If so, is there any possibility I could receive those tickets right away?
Please let me know as soon as possible.
