Hi, I'm going to attend a concert with my girl friend next weekend and this is my first time to order tickets online. So, I have some questions about online tickets.
Where can I order tickets? Can you please tell me the web site that I need to access for ticketing?
And how can I get a discount? I know that most online stores generally offer a 10% discount.
How do I get those tickets once I finish ordering? Is it possible to print out the tickets from the site?
One more thing, is there any penalty if I cancel my tickets? Until when can I cancel my reservation?
