Explain When you started walking consistently on a regular basis. What's your reason for walking?

I was used to driving my car for a long time, so I rarely walked for quite some time.
I didn't like walking, but I started to walk simply in order to keep in shape at first and I joined a health club immediately.
In a couple of months, the exercise gave me some muscles and a good appetite.
These days, I work out regularly to have a nice figure.
Now I enjoy walking itself and I try to walk at the gym as often as possible whenever I'm free.
